Do not be fooled by the nice old lady routine this lady is not a nice person, she is a horrible human being who is harassing another old lady after having moved in for 2months is now asking the tenant on the basement for the apartment and she just barge’s in because she’s a slumlord she has no respect for her tenant and is now refusing rent unless she pays $200 extra for rent.
