Made a reservation to pick up a truck. Was there for 10 minutes, called them and they said they are sending someone out, because no one was there. 30 minutes later no one came, decided to call and found out my reservation was canceled. The business was supposed to be opened, but it's not. Made arrangements with the scheduler to pick up the truck at another uhaul location. Very bad service.
