As a first time home buyer with many questions and not alot of knowledge, I was pretty worried about the home inspection process. I decided to give Jay at Acuity a try because of the good reviews I read. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Jay was great and made the process as smooth as possible. With this company, you get what you pay for, and you pay for an inspection. He arrived several hours before me just so he'd be able to fill me in on what he discovered on the outside of the house before me or my realtor could be there to let him in. He knows exactly what to look for when it comes to potential hazards and issues, and is extremely thorough. If I ever end up buying another home, I hope this friendly guy is available again.
