Very unprofessional. I came here from Fredericksburg and when I arrived to the suite, she never came to the door. I knocked three times, called, left a text message and waited 10 minutes. I heard her moving around and playing with the light but she never answered the door nor answered my text. It’s sad how disgustingly unprofessional these stylists are today.
