July 24 my blower motor module went out. MKA came out. On Monday we were told it would be fixed by 1pm on Tuesday due to part having to be ordered. By 4pm on Tuesday it was still not fixed, so I called MKA. She told me that I was given the wrong information and that she had no paperwork on fixing my unit today. In the end she made it all right, a tech was at my house with in 10 minutes to replace the blower motor and module. For that my family is truly grateful, our house was 90 degrees.
