Do not use Josefina Vasquez. I went in to get partial highlights/lowlights and a trim with long layers. She first did my hair amazing 8 months ago so i tild her to do the same as last time but this time She destroyed my hair. She offered to fix it so I came back and she chopped it all up so bad.. She cut the layers inward instead of outward. She blunt cut around my head like a box. My layers were uneven, disconnected, short, and choppy.
