My nail tech was super nice and efficient. He did an amazing job. I got a full set of acrylic nails. I honestly have no complaints and I'll be returning to them for my fills.
John was very friendly and funny but I am seriously disappointed with my nails. Inconsistent shape and really sloppy polish job. Also really surprised with the price. Website said $23 for an acrylic fill(which is what I had) plus I got gel polish and I was charged $40. Never been charged additional $17 for gel polish. 🤷🏼♀️
They could shut down. Based on my experience and the dozens of reviews I'm now seeing, the health inspector is shouldn't be surprised when they get a call from me 🤷🏼♀️
Never going here again. Over charged and my nails look nothing like I wanted. The tech was rude and made me uncomfortable.

DON’T COME TO THIS SALON!!! This is not an honest, clean salon. This place scams you, billing for services not received or requested. Requested 25 $ pedicure , and stated to nail tech 25$. Billed for 43$ because “ I was in the spa chair” hey I was told to sit there. Responded with it is a 15 $ charge you will know next time. Next time I will not becoming here. Don’t come here either. Plenty of decent, clean places in Bend, not this place.

I am not from here. Visiting my bestfriend. We found a place to get us in. Wish they couldn’t!! I feel like they over charged for our services. Also to put the icing on the freaking cake, MY TOE IS NOW INFECTED FROM GETTING A PEDICURE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Horrible experience! They didn’t wash the bowls in between people. Charged us for services we didn’t get, it was not a great experience.
