Questionable, maybe a cheap stepping stone for short term living if you just get out of jail. Yet I have herd rent prices going on yet the lot tax for the biggest trailer if $56 for the year (ref Aries tax) they only have about 20 trailers(not that im counting) but have herd about a water issue for couple years now and made everyone a set bill but never fix the leaks. Some lady in a gold van who is apparently the "owner" parked her car in the middle of the road and refused to move. I asked politely and she just turned her hazards on and acted like we didn't exist. Plenty of room to move but just got out and went into someone's trailer. That lady was also rude. I guess some people are just miserable.
