Questionable, maybe a cheap stepping stone for short term living if you just get out of jail. Yet I have herd rent prices going on yet the lot tax for the biggest trailer if $56 for the year (ref Aries tax) they only have about 20 trailers(not that im counting) but have herd about a water issue for couple years now and made everyone a set bill but never fix the leaks. Lack of plumbers maybe, and Title work is techy, you have to pay 3 months of rent to get ownership yet if you have any leak in your trailer in that supposed ti... read more
