Been a patient since teenager. I think I had to wait (past my appointment time) once or twice and I go every six months. And that is a great thing because I am a very punctual person and expect to be seen when my appt is scheduled.

I have NEVER had anything but a good experience at Dr. Klocko's practice. They are the most professional and friendly team I have encountered.

Dr. Klocko is the best dentist I have ever visited (even including the Navy-helicopter-pilot-turned-dentist whom I encountered in the early 1970's at the Naval Air Facility that was part of Andrews AFB), and she hires people who buy in to her philosophy of excellence.
I am deathly afraid of dentist but Dr Klocko and her staff makes it easy for me. She is awesome and definitely cares about her patients.
It's nice to not be able to come to the office for four years and come back to see the VERY same staff that had been there four years ago! Many of the people are still there from as far back as I can remember. It's fantastic! You all make me feel like home there!
My visit was very positive. The staff is most professional and caring.
