This was an absolute disaster of a cleaning service. I was charged for 3 hours out of the 6hrs of deep cleaning service after the cleaner decided to leave early, yet not even one full room was completed. At most, maybe 20% of the apartment was actually cleaned. Most areas were untouched and looked exactly the same as before. The cleaner arrived late and left early, which makes the 3-hour charge even more insulting. There was no effort, no efficiency, and no professionalism
I must applogise as there is another company going by with this name. After the owners reply, I comapred phone numbers and they are are different. Please accept my appologies as I apparently used the other company and not this oneand disregard the rating.
They cleaned our two bedroom carpets and it was very well done. Really satisfied with the service they provide. The carpet was in a very condition but now it is so clean and all the patches are removed. I highly recommend this cleaning service. Thank you so much again for your service.
