Your 24/7 security system failed to alert you for criminal activity. Your claim that our belongings are protected is false. Your claim stating you don't just let anyone on the premises is a lie.. I left my life behind at MJP self storage for almost a full year. I trusted that my items would be safe when I returned. Very thankful everything was exactly as I left the storage unit. If you have storage needs in Loveland Colorado I'd highly recommend MJP SELF STORAGE.
Very clean units friendly neighborhood
ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You can only get a unit online and NO ONE ever returns your calls or texts, it all seems to be automated AI generated! Stay away! You will also be charged for an administrative fee for what? You never speak to a person EVER! They now have my debit card info to take money from me monthly and I can not get any response to terminate! BEWARE! Go somewhere where someone actually speaks to you and isn't AI generated!
