Jose and his crew have done a great job over the years in painting our house, both interior and exterior. He always puts the extra effort into prep and we are very happy with the results.
Jose Umanzor does great work. He is very conscientious and honest. He has completed interior painting for us in the past. And he just finished installing multiple sets of French doors, power washing, re-staining and skirting our deck.
We needed some carpentry work done to remove a very old pergola type structure over a walkway in our back yard. Jose was great. Responded quickly to a request for an estimate, offered a reasonable price, and he and his helper completed the project quickly the following day. Very satisfied customer here.
Jose and his MJ painting team did a wonderful job painting our home. We were on a tight timeline getting our house ready to sell and not only did Jose get the job done in time, he was actually a couple of days early. They ended up needing to paint more than just a few touch ups, but Jose understood our situation and proactively went above and beyond. Our old home has never looked better and we will absolutely recommend Jose to others in the area.
Wow! Jose and his team came out for a very last minute job! My home loan was pending because mold needed to be remediated. He cut out all the bad, sprayed a mold and moisture deterrent and patched the ceiling! I cannot thank them enough for helping me! They were kind, prompt, and did excellent work! I can't recommend them enough!!!
