Made appointment and still waited over 40 minutes. Ended up leaving with no nails done. Sighh
I used to come very often and the staff is very nice but unfortunately it is quite pricey for very low quality design work. They offer nice simple designs like simple white French tips but I don’t recommend asking for intricate and advanced designs because they cannot recreate and unfortunately they will not let you know that they don’t have the skill to do it and still charge above 110 for a design that looks nothing like the inspiration photo.
I was in the area and I needed my nails done so I tried this place. Really TERRIBLE experience!!! I did not see any proper sanitary equipment or practices. Also after I sat down and the service had already started, they kept adding additional charges to the price. However, the worst part was the actual quality of the manicure. This is my only go to nail place now! They do exceptional work and I’ve had so many beautiful sets of nails. This review is overdue haha. Everyone always asks me where I get them done and I get so many compliments. I get my manicure, pedicure, now even lashes done here. It’s really a one-stop shop. If you’re looking for a professional team, clean environment, and exceptional talent - highly recommend to visit MJ nail island! This place qualifies for your reasonable manicure pedicure needs. Don't know anything about waxing if they offer it but I called as a man for myself for a pedicure quoted me $25. So I suggest as they offer things. Ask how much because I went in expecting 25 walked out ended up paying $45
