I called in the morning to both of their phone numbers on yelp and Google. They weren’t taking calls. I went in person and asked if they have availability because I couldn’t schedule an appointment over the phone. They proceeded to tell me I need to call to make an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment there and she said I need to call. Even though I told them both of their phone lines are not working.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The owner did my nails and the quality was shockingly bad. The nail surface was uneven and bumpy, and she clearly doesn't know how to do proper structure or shaping. The nail shape looked terrible — totally unflattering. On top of that, the polish was applied unevenly: it was too thin near the cuticle and way too thick at the tips. Honestly, it looked messy and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly rude from the moment I walked in, completely unwelcoming and dismissive. Their attitude made it very clear they didn’t want me there, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated differently because of my race. Mao mao did the best structured gel mani ! It lasted over a month no chipping or lifting. She’s sweet and detailed. Can’t wait to go back.
