I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. The owner did my nails and the quality was shockingly bad. The nail surface was uneven and bumpy, and she clearly doesn't know how to do proper structure or shaping. The nail shape looked terrible — totally unflattering. On top of that, the polish was applied unevenly: it was too thin near the cuticle and way too thick at the tips. Honestly, it looked messy and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly rude from the moment I walked in, completely unwelcoming and dismissive. Their attitude made it very clear they didn’t want me there, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated differently because of my race. Mao mao did the best structured gel mani ! It lasted over a month no chipping or lifting. She’s sweet and detailed. Can’t wait to go back.

Sorry but it was really bad - and I feel bad saying that because the guy who did it was really nice, but his skill just isn’t there. I asked for Hailey Bieber bubblegum pink with shine and dust, and this is nothing close to what I wanted. I called back right the way to ask for removal and a refund, but they refused and said a different nail tech could redo it for me. I mean, my time is valuable too… but we’ll see. I don’t recommend this place for manicures, though they did a good job with the pedicure
