Scammers. This guys were trying to rip me off. A guy with a truck tattoo on one of his calfs showed up. He said the condenser fan motor and capacitor had to be replaced. It was replaced, when it was turned on and the air didn't feel cold he said it was because the air ducts needed to cool down. I have no experience with ac systems so I took his word for it.
