Last year I left some gemstones with the store to have a necklace made, and a ring to be repaired. They had my materials for several months. I was leaving Canada permanently and tried to let the owner know, so that I could at least get my things back, but she never replied to my texts or voice messages. The store was not open when I went by in person. I had to leave the country without my gemstones and ring. I feel as if I were robbed. Very, very unprofessional.

They were very kind and helpful, they were great people overall and helped us with so many things and gave us lots of ideas on what to do or buy. They had many good different pieces of homemade (and not) jewelry too!
