Extremely disappointing experience applying for a property with this company. Entire process was filled with discrimination against my Wife and resulted in a denial over "3 missed payments" with zero explanation. Would avoid this group 100%
Would not recommend this property to anyone. I had an extremely negative experience with the broker here—despite having a strong credit score and substantial income, my application was unreasonably denied. The decision felt questionable at best, and hard not to believe prejudice wasn’t involved. After reading other recent reviews, it seems my experience may not be unique, which is concerning.
