Great communication and customer service skills! I was looking for black gutters and this company offered great options and information. I contacted them for an estimate while I was out of town. They were able to provide me with an estimate, share details, and complete installation before I made it back home. They also made sure to provide me with updates every step of the way. We had a great experience with M&J Exteriors. We had roof damage due to a storm. Eli was wonderful coming out to assess damages and guiding us about reaching out to do an insurance claim. We ended up having to do a full roof replacement which was insurance covered. Very professional and making sure we knew what to expect each step of the way as well as making sure everything was to our liking. We would definitely recommend to others!
M&J Exteriors LLC is highly recommended. The technicians did a thorough inspection of the roof and Lina walked explained to us the process. They finished replacing our roof in one day and cleaned afterward, they even knocked at our neighbors house to clean their front and backyard for any debris. That’s excellent customer service.
It was a pleasure working with Ms. Lina and her outstanding team. The process from beginning to end was very smooth. There was an issue with the shingle delivery service truck knocking over our mailbox post and Lina made sure it was taken care of even though her team had nothing to do with the issue. They even switched out the shingles on two small sheds connected to my carport so they looked identical to the roof. Above and beyond for sure! Very friendly staff and the final product looks amazing. Highly recommend.
