The shades look great, and I love how they looked, but my walls need repair. I paid for the "professional" installation and the owner himself was the one that came to install the roman shades. The problem is that when he left and upon inspection, there are drywall chips around the windows. Now the windows themselves have to be repaired. I have never been so furious about paying as much as I did for shades and "professional installation" to have my windows look so horrible. I would expect better and more careful service.
