I purchased a necklace where I picked the chain and the pendant separately and they put them together. They put the link on the wrong side and the crystals constantly fall out. I have the same problem with the earrings I purchased from them. In total I spent over $1000 and the crystals fall out constantly. The quality is extremely cheap and the craftsmanship is poor as well.
I had the pleasure of being greeted by Katia whom made my shopping experience with MJ diamond a great experience. She was kind , knowledgeable and gave me great deals without asking. Her and her partner had me walking out feeling like a king !
Sarah the Sales Consultant did an excellent job piercing my teenage son's ears for his 17th birthday. I've been shopping MJ Diamonds since the 90s when they were originally located in Lavonia Mall. They always have great customer service, and good products.
