极度不负责任！这是我遇到过最差的牙科诊所，没有之一。 如果可以给0星，我绝对不会给1星。 6月30日，我父亲来到这里就诊。医生检查后表示，她处理不了，需要转诊专科牙医。 7月2日，我预约好专科医生后，第一时间联系这家诊所，要求他们把我父亲的X光片Email给专科医生。诊所明确答应：“会尽快发送。” 结果，这句所谓的“尽快”，竟然一直拖到了7月15日。 15号当天，我陪父亲按时到达专科医生诊所，专科医生却告诉我们：他们没有收到任何X光片。 没有X光，医生无法继续诊疗，我们专门请假、赶路、等待数周才预约到的专科门诊，就这样被你们一句“没发”彻底毁掉了。 我立刻站在专科诊所里再次打电话给这家诊所，告诉他们：我们现在就在专科医生这里，请马上把X光发过去。 他们的回答让我彻底震惊。 第一句是：“需要两天才能发。” 第二句是：“现在有很多病人，没办法处理。” 可是，当天Google Maps却显示诊所Closed（暂停营业），电话却可以正常接通。在这种情况下，我实在无法理解，为什么发送一封早在13天前就答应发送的Email，还要继续以“很多病人”为理由拖延。对患者来说，这样的解释完全没有说服力，只会让人觉得是在推卸责任。 最令人愤怒的是，整个过程中，没有一... read more

Very disappointed with the professionalism of this clinic. The dentist referred my father to a specialist and promised to send his X-rays, but they never did. As a result, my father went to his specialist appointment only to find out the X-rays had not been received, wasting our time and delaying his treatment. I was referred to Dr. Maranda Li by a friend, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my dental health. During my first visit for a dental cleaning, Dr. Li was incredibly patient and carefully removed my over 30 years’ tartar. Before my second cleaning, I was worried because my front teeth usually felt very sensitive whenever I cleaned them at home. To my surprise, I didn’t feel any sensitivity at all during the cleaning. Came to this office. To find the other reviews about the receptionist being rude are true. The office uses outdated COVID forms. They don't give you a digital copy of the xray, only a print out? This office is so outdated. There's encryption services for this and USBs if you insist on continuing this way. But being rude because of this. Never have I met a more rude receptionist. Would not recommend. Also their advice after the visit does not align with what the better dentists I've seen say. Overall. Would not go here. Ever.
