After living here for 2 years I would warn anybody that they will add illegitimate fees to make sure they retain your security deposit, the maintenance staff are great and very helpful, however Donna the woman in the leasing office is extraordinarily rude and confrontational and makes trying to resolve anything with the building incredibly difficult and genuinely makes the experience like living in section 8 housing. If you are looking for somewhere to live in east Boca I would avoid here

Drunk people screaming the entire night on the weekends. Don’t move to this place if you want a good night of sleep. Plus everything on the apartment building is always breaking (elevator, AC,gym)

If I could give zero stars, I would. My air has broken 5 times since I moved in a month ago. The apartment manager, Vanessa, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She threatened to send a vendor into my unit against my will and gave me only 15 minutes’ notice before they arrived, even though I had called multiple times during the day asking for a time frame. If all you care about is location, this is the perfect place. That is all they have to offer. Other than that, I'd look elsewhere. The leasing office is less than accommodating, and could use a training in professionalism. The "renovated rooms" are cheaply done, and the appliances are bottom of the line. As I was moving out the last box, a neighbor said "wow, there's a lot of turnover in this place" - if that doesn't tell you everything.
