If all you care about is location, this is the perfect place. That is all they have to offer. Other than that, I'd look elsewhere. The leasing office is less than accommodating, and could use a training in professionalism. The "renovated rooms" are cheaply done, and the appliances are bottom of the line. As I was moving out the last box, a neighbor said "wow, there's a lot of turnover in this place" - if that doesn't tell you everything.
There is black mold in every single one of our vents and it has never been dealt with. Donna has always been extremely rude whenever we have spoke with her. On top of that, you pay $75 to not have a guaranteed spot in the parking garage. However, the concierge men have always been so nice!
