Dont live here !!! Drunk people screaming the entire night, specially during the weekends. Everything on this apartment building is always breaking (elevator, AC, the gym, pool) The trash make the entire hallway stink because is not collected properly. (despite them charging a trash monthly fee) I also would like to mention about the “manager” Vanessa. She is very aggressive and disrespectful. She is not prepared to take care of costumer service whatsoever.
The abysmal 3.5 star reviews should say it all for a supposedly luxury building, and they certainly don't seem to care how they are perceived in the community. Nevertheless, the incidents of this week lead me to feel the need to share my personal experience of just how bad this place is. After living here for 2 years I would warn anybody that they will add illegitimate fees to make sure they retain your security deposit, the maintenance staff are great and very helpful, however Donna the woman in the leasing office is extraordinarily rude and confrontational and makes trying to resolve anything with the building incredibly difficult and genuinely makes the experience like living in section 8 housing. If you are looking for somewhere to live in east Boca I would avoid here
