I had a great experience working with Scott. He was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and was always available to answer our questions or provide updates. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to work with, which made everything much less stressful. We always felt like he had our best interests in mind and appreciated his attention to detail and quick communication. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy real estate broker!
Genuinely beware of this agent. Very shady how he does business. I sent a signed contract for a property he was representing the seller on that I was told if I came to that number which was in my offer we had a deal. After submitting I was strung along for just under 3 weeks and was told different reasons as to why the owner hadn’t signed. Scott Wheeler from Mizner Grande RE is the best! He sold my house for me at the first and only open house. I only had to stay out one day and my house was sold! I have dogs so I was dreading the showings and as it turned out, I had none other than the open house. Scott took care of everything, I literally just packed!
