Mizner Court is definitely one of the top places to call home in Boca. I was only able to live here for a year before we weren't able to anymore, and about that, Im heartbroken. It truly was the best first apartment that my son and I could have had & I'll cherish the memories we've made here. I’ve been living here since August and my experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. From the beginning Julian made our entire move in process smooth and stress free. He was professional and always available to answer our questions. One thing I can say and I really appreciate is how responsive the maintenance teams are. 14 months ago, I moved from another state to Florida, and the problems began on day one and never stopped. Our apartment had never been properly cleaned. In the state I came from, landlords provide free carpet cleaning with each lease renewal and replace carpets after every tenant. Here, the carpets hadn’t even been cleaned. I had to buy a new carpet cleaner to clean the carpets, because the dirt coming out was unbelievable. The apartment was full of dead bugs. I visit my family often, and the noise is nonstop — stomping, dropping, loud neighbors, even at night. Cracking floors and thin walls make it hard for the kids to sleep. Very frustrating.
