Visited Mizner Court today in Boca Raton , lovely visit and Tyler and Julian were simply awesome . Polite and very informative. Undecided for now ,but wanted to give these guys 5 .
First of all, I am not a person that gives praise or thanks in writing very often. I usually like to do it face to face so the person can see my expression and feel my gratitude. One of the WORST decisions I've made was renting here. The property is constantly dirty, and the apartments are extremely outdated. My A/C went out 8 times over the course of my year lease I confronted Amy at the front office after the 5th time which she assured me, it wouldn't happen again.. until a week later I had them fixing my A/C at 1AM... the leasing office is incompetent with Julian not knowing basic rules about the property causing me to go on a Month-to-month rate for 10 days which was an extra $1000... We’ve been living here for 2 years now and we love how attentive management is. The maintenance team is incredible. They show up right away after putting a request. Yordanis is very quick and efficient. We’re very happy here!
