I happened to read a review where someone referred to “noise” as simple walking. I felt I had to write my own response to that. It is absurd to call walking “noise,” because walking is not prohibited by law anywhere in the world, nor is it something punishable. It is even more unreasonable to expect the Office to warn neighbors for walking late in the evening. People work different shifts, not everyone goes to bed at eight or nine o’clock. I moved to Mizner Courts Apartments because of the good reviews, its was worst decision /nightmare Floor Noise – From the day I moved in, there has been a constant loud, sharp cracking sound every time the tenants upstairs walk. This happens in every room, every night (9 PM–3 AM). Plus loud noise, party and stomping. 4 Month- Multiple emails sent- zero improvements. Melinda and Danielle have been the ABSOLUTE best!! So incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet. Everyone who works at Mizner is amazing. Anything that they can help you with, they will. I genuinely have nothing but positive things to say. They also maintain the community so well. Maintenance always comes right when you put in a request too.
