14 months ago, I moved from another state to Florida, and the problems began on day one and never stopped. Our apartment had never been properly cleaned. In the state I came from, landlords provide free carpet cleaning with each lease renewal and replace carpets after every tenant. Here, the carpets hadn’t even been cleaned. I visit my family often, and the noise is nonstop — stomping, dropping, loud neighbors, even at night. Cracking floors and thin walls make it hard for the kids to sleep. Very frustrating.

I happened to read a review where someone referred to “noise” as simple walking. I felt I had to write my own response to that. It is absurd to call walking “noise,” because walking is not prohibited by law anywhere in the world, nor is it something punishable. It is even more unreasonable to expect the Office to warn neighbors for walking late in the evening. People work different shifts, not everyone goes to bed at eight or nine o’clock. I moved to Mizner Courts Apartments because of the good reviews, its was worst decision /nightmare Floor Noise – From the day I moved in, there has been a constant loud, sharp cracking sound every time the tenants upstairs walk. This happens in every room, every night (9 PM–3 AM). Plus loud noise, party and stomping. 4 Month- Multiple emails sent- zero improvements.
