I started with Dr. Mize in 2017 and until June 2020 had not had an issue with his work. But the root canal and the three crown bridge have been a nightmare. I am very disappointed, and not only am I still in discomfort, I'm out $5,000.00! Beware!
This is one of very few places I’ve been that actually care about your health and not their bottom line! Very professional and conservative.
This was a terrible experience. Dr. Mize promised to be considered and understanding of my son who has severe anxiety and dental phobia. However when it came down to having appointments it was always an excuse. First excuse was he couldn't come back in he had to go to an endodontist. Second excuse was he's too phobic so he has to go to a specialist. After that there was no room on his schedule and he would get back to us. There was no getting back to us. It was a waste of 5 months and money.
I brought my dad to visit Dr. Mize for a LOT of work that needed to be done. He prioritized his issues and took care of all that needed to be done. Dad never complained about any pain and has not had any further issues with any of the work that was completed.
I recently started seeing Dr. Craig Mize in November of 2016 and I am thoroughly impressed with his level of expertise. I had to have pretty invasive dental work done and he was very gentle and it was almost painfree. He has an awesome staff and I never have to wait. I can't recommend him enough and we are bringing our children here now.
I was extremely pleased with this practice. I had an old filling that had gone bad and was pressing on the nerve, as well as severe anxiety of dental procedures, but they walked me through everything. I have no problem having my teeth taken care of as long as it's by Dr. Mize and his staff. Thank you so much.
Dr Mize and staff are very friendly and professional. They all take the time to explain what they are looking for during cleanings and checkups as well as advise on how to improve dental hygiene.
Had a cleaning scheduled for today (1-18-17) that I was dreading. But Nicole made me feel at ease and talked me through what she was doing. Great experience! Thank you!
Dr. Mize will promise something and then not follow through. He's overconfident of his abilities and the patient suffers in payment and damage to other teeth. He takes on procedures that she should not be doing and does not take into account the patient's health conditions.
