Highly recommend especially if you’ve had any sports injuries - this is the yoga class for you! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with zero pain! Miyoko is knowledgeable, encouraging, & genuinely passionate about helping others feel stronger, more balanced & connected. Her class is thoughtfully designed, with clear instruction & modifications that made me feel comfortable & supported. I left feeling refreshed, centered, & accomplished.
