Made reservations WITH the birthday package for my son's birthday. The dinner was a huge disappointment because they forgot the birthday song and picture, even after three reminders. The manager nor the staff gave any consideration to our special event. Even after I said I was going to post this experience in social media, she said "okay". The manager could have just ensured her staff complied with the reservations but instead she chose to ignore the reservations and did not follow through with her staff to ensure her patron... read more
