Love this gym! The coaches are amazing and attentive to your needs. I’ve been to all the gyms in the area, but no one matches the atmosphere here at Backyard. The staff and leadership was extremely helpful in determining my fitness goals and plans. Price is reasonable too for the value. Could charge even more imo lol.

I was a member of this boxing gym for 4 years and I truly felt empowered by the coaches! The community is unmatched as well and I will truly miss each and every one of my boxing partners!!
I took boxing classes here for 4 years and cannot speak more highly of the coaching staff and community in this gym! It was a welcoming environment from the very beginning which can be hard to find as a woman in a boxing gym. Every class pushed me to get better and every coach helped to improve my athleticism.
If you’re looking for a gym to work on your fitness goals and have a super supportive, fun community around you, this is the place to go! The variety of classes here is phenomenal. I have taken CrossFit, boxing, Pilates, yoga and weight training classes here - all from super knowledgeable and welcoming coaches. I was a complete beginner to boxing and feel that I have learned from the best in a very reassuring environment.
