Our cat George is a new patient with Mixlab. When our previous compounding pharmacy closed I was worried dealing with a new pharmacy would be a headache. I WAS WRONG!!! Mixlab has been wonderful!!!! George's daily medication is always sent to us on time and is accurate. They even send him a little cat toy, which he loves. Thank you making our switch a pawsitive experience!!!
My vet uses Mixlab’s service because he can earn commissions. My vet submitted the order for a cancer drug my dog desperately needs on a Thursday and I paid immediately through the link Mixlab sent to my phone. According to the confirmation page, I would receive the drug the next day (I live in LA county as well). It’s been 4 days and it’s not even shipped yet. I’ll avoid this pharmacy due to the poor experience.
Great product service however the phone # on product is you Mixlab Inc but does not reflect any contact # of Kola whom I call to order. Please add # to product of where u call to order and u will be a 10! Frustrating!
I spoke to Miriam this morning one regarding my Pet Ziggy that needed a refill on her medication. Miriam sent arequest to my vet to help me out. I also have a sick baby. His name is Gibbs he had two medication’s that came in Through an emergency and she’s taking care of that quickly for me she has excellent customer service skills she was very kind sympathetic and deserves to be recognized. I would hire her in my business in a moment.
