Not only do you get to speak with a real person, the person is always kind, understanding, helpful, and patient. I don't know how this company has positive reviews — something doesn't add up. After 5 months of dealing with this pharmacy for my chihuahua's seizure medication, I can tell you firsthand: this place is an absolute failure. Let me be clear about what's at stake here — seizure medication cannot be missed or delayed. It's not a vitamin.
