I don't know how this company has positive reviews — something doesn't add up. After 5 months of dealing with this pharmacy for my chihuahua's seizure medication, I can tell you firsthand: this place is an absolute failure. Let me be clear about what's at stake here — seizure medication cannot be missed or delayed. It's not a vitamin. These guys are THE BEST!!! It's hard taking care of a sick kitty when you yourself have chronic illness, and sometimes you slip up, I forgot to have them ask the vet for a refil and ran out of my baby's transdermal, and the Mixlab team swooped in like superheros and made it possible for me to pick up same day, not to mention the kindness you showed me the whole way through.
