We drove almost 200 miles to get the car. We told them a day ahead of time that we were coming. The person we had been dealing with was not there, the car was no ready, repairs that were supose to be made were not. We were there all day while things got done. We got home 15 hours later. Nice car but dealer was not ready.
The dealer and his wife were very nice to deal with. Pleased with the car so far.

Great experience. They made time for us on a Sunday and there was no rush or pressure sale. We got a great price on a near-perfect used car and the other cars on the small lot looked very nice as well. Communication and follow up after the sale was prompt. We spent a couple of weeks looking for a used car and this was the best experience before, during, and after the sale.

I first made contact with this dealer 2 days ago, they texted me information about the 2015 Kia Forte and when i responded they never contacted me again. I call them this morning and ask if they’re open since it’s the 4th of July. The first thing he says is “We are open until 5, when are you coming in?” I ask if the 2015 Kia Forte is still available and he says “yes, when will you be coming in?” I live an hour away but I want the car so i tell him i get there in an hour.
