After living at the Dows Building for about two years, I can say with confidence that I would never recommend that anyone live in a Mix Property Management property. I have found that company leadership repeatedly swindles residents for their own financial gain and, in my case, toes the line of their (purposefully?) ambiguous leases. For example, when all the heat on my floor conked out in -40 degree wind chill this winter (because of their own shoddy workmanship when installing the HVAC systems), residents were given space ... read more

My boyfriend and I have lived in our apartment for almost a year and a half and we love it! Mixed is the best rental company we have ever worked with. They are quick to respond to any problem, maintenance requests are fixed the day of submission, and they are so kind. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The only reason we are moving is because we need a little more space. We are sad to leave, they have taken such good care of us! We recommend Mixed to all of our friends!
