Another Management company that refuses to have good(any) customer service with suspicious business customs. I toured a very nice apartment in Center Point with a very good and nice agent and wanted to apply for the apartment. A few days later I requested a copy of the lease agreement because in the terms of the $50 Application, you had to accept a 24-hr time limit to sign the lease after approval would be granted or you lose the $50. Mix is hands down the best management company I've ever worked with. Adam is very easy to work with and it's apparent he truly cares about his tenants. Communication is always easy, quick, and I always feel heard/not treated like just another renter. The online portal is very user friendly as well! Maintenance was always super fast, friendly, and solved any issues I had. 5/5 stars would rent again.
