Mix is hands down the best management company I've ever worked with. Adam is very easy to work with and it's apparent he truly cares about his tenants. Communication is always easy, quick, and I always feel heard/not treated like just another renter. The online portal is very user friendly as well! Maintenance was always super fast, friendly, and solved any issues I had. 5/5 stars would rent again.
Adam is seriously the best to work with. He was responsive, kind, and so helpful when it came to getting me into the best unit for me! Highly recommend!

After living at the Dows Building for about two years, I can say with confidence that I would never recommend that anyone live in a Mix Property Management property. I have found that company leadership repeatedly swindles residents for their own financial gain and, in my case, toes the line of their (purposefully?) ambiguous leases. For example, when all the heat on my floor conked out in -40 degree wind chill this winter (because of their own shoddy workmanship when installing the HVAC systems), residents were given space ... read more
