Cajun Bayou.. Cauliflower instead of macaroni. Absolutely delicious, and low carb!
We drove an hour for this little slice of heaven. They have a million and one different Mac and cheese options, and if you don't like any of those you can make your own. It was 100% worth the drive. I will absolutely be back. Oh, they give it to you all ready in a to go container which is smart Cuz they give you a lot!!

Literally the best place to get food in the whole Hudson valley. Even if you gotta wait a bit it’s so worth it
