Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel privaleged to be the first one to review Dr. Rubin. She recently left her previous practice to start this new one. Dr. Rubin saved my life twice. She has a very calming, engaged, interested, helpful, upbeat bedside manner. She is smart as a whip, but doesn't act like a know it all. You will not find another like her if you searched for a million years. She knows all current medical technology and thinks outside of the box.
