After discussing my concerns I felt judged and not listened to.
I've switched primary care doctors every year for the past 5 years because I never found one that actually cared about me or listened to my concerns. I didn't want someone who saw me for five minutes and made me rush through the topics I wanted to talk about. I saw Dr. Jones more than her nurse, for almost the entire 45 minutes I was in her office. There was no wait - I filled out the paperwork on the iPad and was immediately taken in the back. The nurses and staff at UF Haile are fantastic.
Dr. Jones is amazing! You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. I have never had a Doctor that I felt "loyal" about going to see. I wouldn't want anyone else as my Doctor.
Horrible doctor. She didn't listen to my daughter when she came in with a legitimate concern and instead jump to a diagnostic without conducting the tests to even prove that was the problem. She also went as far saying my daughter was emotional and needed to see a therapist. That she may be suicidal. All my daughter did was cry in front of her because she was scared. Seriously unprofessional.
Such a great doctor! So pleasant, kind, caring and knowledgeable. She always makes me feel better physically and mentally.
