My family hired him to represent my relative who was incarcerated. He had no problem taking our money, but getting to the hearing? Nope. Couldn't do that. This lawyer is deadly, do not choose him. The California State Court of Appeals says “Potential clients, who will put their lives in Mitts’ hands, as Brooks did, are entitled to know that this lawyer ignores client inquiries, misses jurisdictional deadlines and does not own up to his mistakes.”
I wont even give this fraud a star if I can help it. His office is a complete shamble mess. Anyone can dress to look like a lawyer, he can barely do that. No legal secretary and no office personell.
