I took my new puppy there and Dr. Coleman said that he was perfectly healthy. I then took him to my regular vet (Salem) and the Dr. there found that his skull never fully closed, which can be extremely dangerous!! His joints are also very loose, which Dr. Coleman apparently didn't notice either. So much for a full exam and knowing what he's doing!!! I will NEVER take another one of my furbabies there!!!! Thankful to have a wonderful vet in the community. Dr. Coleman was very helpful and not pushy about tests, food,etc. You can tell the Mitten staff truly cares about your pet.
Mitten animal hospital is one of the most amazing places to take your pets. I brought my puppy in for an emergency visit and the staff was super caring and made sure I had everything I needed. They worked with with my budget and sent we pictures of my puppy while she was hospitalized with them. I would by far recommend this place over any other.
I took my babies to Mitten Animal Hospital last week. The staff were great, and I've never seen a cleaner veterinarian hospital. Dr Coleman was easy to talk with and extremely caring and gentle with both my Shitzu and my American Eskimo. The dogs received shots and my little one got a micro chip and never flinched. That was the best! The technicians were great with both dogs and I received a follow up call the next day checking to make sure that both pets were fine. Very happy with our experiences with Dr. Coleman and his staff. He is so kind and wonderful the the animals! We are very very happy we have found this place!!!
They give excellent personalized service they explain things to you ,they call and check on the pets after Dr.Coleman sees them,outstanding service I highly recommend them never been treated so well
Had to put our baby Boa down last March unexpectedly. The staff talked us through everything over and over again and treated us like family. We left confident we did what was best. We can't thank them enough for the patience and kindness they all showed in our unbearable sadness.
I have a 2 year old cat who is less than enthused about being around strangers. Dr Coleman handled Jax perfectly and was so caring and professional. I even received a call a couple days later to see how Jax was doing after his visit and shots. Excellent "bedside manner" I would tell anyone to take their animal here. I would trust him with my animals without question! The tech's are excellent as well!!
