Bought a part that was CONFIRMED by their site to fit my vehicle model and year. Received a WRONG part in a week. Called sales and spoke to the manager, they told me there's a mistake on their site and I have to ship the part they sent to them AT MY EXPENSE. Preparing a complaint for attorney general for the misleading adds, false advertising, malpractices and scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! I placed an order for 2 head gaskets and transfer case seal kit for my 3000gt vr4. Their site indicate both in stock. I received an email the next day that the seal kit was no longer available. I then decided to cancel the whole order within that hour I received the email because I did not want to order just the seal kit from another site and pay another shipping cost. These crooks charged me an 15% restocking fee even the order hasn't been shipped. BUSINESS RUN BY CROOKS WILL NOT LAST!!!
