If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership and have learned that their service after the sale is unacceptable. Service department at this dealership is a joke. They wanted to charge me over $400 to diagnose a warranty issue. I called a different dealership and they do not charge for warranty diagnostics. This place is amazing. From start to finish Brian Wheeler was unbeatable. I call to check availability of a truck on Friday at 5. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the inventory even went and put hands on the keys before answering if it was there. I set an appointment for the next day being 2 hours away it meant a lot that he physically put hands on the car instead of just trying to get me in the store. I had a wonderful experience. Brian Wheeler and Kevin Mauppin went above and beyond for me. They helped me jump over every single obstacle in my way. I was so pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Wheeler to anyone looking for a car. Mauppin is one of the best when it comes to finance!
