I never thought I’d say this… but Bunnings is officially dead to me! Mitre 10 Annandale where have you been for the last 26 years?! This was hands down the best hardware store experience I’ve had since moving to Sydney! I walked in frazzled after my Airtasker didn't turn up before a move armed with photos on my phone and measurements of stuff I needed to fix. We are so lucky to have a local hardware store. Frank & John and the team are incredibly helpful and kind, and they have a really great range of products. Even for a small place, they always have what I need, and they've given me great advice for many many projects over the years.
Service was phenomenal despite going in just before closing time. I needed a nozzle to fit my silicone sealant and he gave it to me for free?! I'm amazed because they actually care more about me and my home project and how it is coming along than their own business profits. This isn't a one off thing. I'm a local and I've been there many times for various things (washer, teflon tape, deodoriser etc) and each time they have gone over and beyond my expectations. Will be back to support amazing service!
