Took over my compliance hotline. Raised the price and initially wouldn't let me out of my contract. They did end up prorating my contract to let me out. There are cheaper options out there.
Mitratech bought the document generation software HotDocs in 2024 and tripled the subscription price the first chance they got without any upgrades to the software or increased functionality. For being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I get priced out of the software. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
