Dr. Javandel is a great doctor and has been wonderful thus far! I had a torn ACL (knee surgery) and she went through multiple steps pre op to make sure she would be able to provide the best surgery for me. Day of surgery was as good as it can be, her team was absolutely wonderful. So far post op I have been doing well and she has been really helpful. This is my second ACL surgery and she has completely outshone the first doctor. She does have long wait times at the clinic which can be frustrating.
I was referred to Dr. Javandel after a lower body injury. Wait time was very long, she completely mis diagnosed me, suggested a surgery I didn't need, and missed crucial things in the MRI. So glad I went to another doctor for a second opinion! Also, no one came to discharge me from the room after she left for 45 minutes!! I had to fetch a random nurse walking the halls, who came to me with surgery consent forms, and didn't even explain anything to me, just said SIGN HERE! Terrible.
