The front desk receptionist was very friendly and called me by name as soon as I walked in the door. The hygienist called my name in a very short time. The entire process of the xrays and exam were thoroughly explained to me and all my questions were answered. The checkup went very well and Dr. Nakamura explained every step in detail. I can't say enough about how wonderful this dental practice and all the staff are. Both the dentists are gentle, professional and proficient. All the staff, dentists, assistants, hygienists, & office mgr are friendly, take time to explain the procedure, ensuring you understand and are comfortable. They are educated on the latest dental techniques and materials. I just underwent yet another root canal on an upper back molar, where access can be tough. Dr Mitoma is an expert in what he does. I had a lot of problem with my teeth in the past with prior dental work with various dentists. Dr Mitoma has greatly improved the condition of my teeth and I now have less trouble. It's a joy to be able to bite into a whole apple, and also not to be embarrassed about showing my teeth. I am grateful that my daughter recommended him to me.
