Dr. Shah is a brilliant and compassionate brain surgeon. I highly recommend him. He removed a large acoustic neuroma tumor from my brain/inner ear canal in May 2013. I live in the NE corner of Indiana and will gladly drive to Indy to see Dr. Shah. I recovered quickly and I sing his praises to others. I have referred anyone with spine or brain problems to visit Dr. Shah.
I am a late 1990's patient. If it had not been for God Almighty and Dr. Mitesh V. Shah's gifted medical talent, I would not be here today. I was diagnosed at the time with something that was rarely known about at time in the medical books and especially for a 20 year old, Aneurysmal Bone Cyst in the Skull Base (Now nicknamed "ABC"). Because of Dr. Shah, I am here today! I had a pretty large brain aneurysm rupture on 04/15/2011. Because of him and the other wonderful doctors and nurses, I am still alive to tell my story. Since I was one of the lucky or unlucky ones, depending on how you look at it, who didn't pass out after the rupture, I remember so much of the ordeal.
The best doctor I have met! Did my aneurysm surgery 3 years ago and I am here today because of him. I pray for him every day for my survival!
Ok So I was Referred to Dr. Shah from my pain management Dr. This was a surgery that I had put off for about 25yrs. He made me feel positive about this Surgery and not knowing what my outcome would I was at ease goin in. I am now past my 1 yr mark and an still goin strong. I have and will Recommend Dr. Shah to others. Finally for the first time in at least 30+ years I am Pain Free!! An Angel in Disguise
