I moved to Springfield over the summer from out of state. So when I hit a patch of ice not long ago and messed up my tire, I had no idea where to go. I found this Facebook page and after reading some reviews I decided to give it a shot. I was really nervous about taking my car somewhere new, but I liked the idea of taking it to a local shop. Not only do I only go to Mitchem Tire-Campbell, I am loyal to store and staff. Every time I go for whatever reason, Skyler helps me, keeps me informed of how things are going, and let's me know if they found something new and shows pic if can't bring it out to show me! Always very upbeat and friendly, could never go anywhere else! Love this place!
They are the most helpful group of employees I've ever dealt with. Skyler and the whole team at Mitchem are such wonderful people. They've even sent people across town to find me parts for my headlights and refused to charge me for the delivery or the piece they replaced. They always save me so much money and are always so sweet. THANK YOU MITCHEM.�
