Every visit is amazing. You are treated like family! The staff cares about how you are doing. And great people run this business. There isn’t a better dentist and staff anywhere!
I started going here after a couple of coworkers recommended him to me. The whole staff was so great that I convinced my sister to switch too. Every time I go there, the experience is great. Staff are personable and friendly, wait times are almost nonexistent, quality of work is superb, the care with which you are handled makes it an easy and relaxing experience from start to finish. They are very competent in what they do and it shows. I trust them and will always recommend this place to other people.
Dr. Mitchem and the entire staff are wonderful. I called yesterday afternoon in a panic after cracking a tooth and they squeezed me in first thing this morning to evaluate. I let them know I was on a bit of a time crunch and they had me in and out of the office in no more than 20 min with treatment for my cracked tooth scheduled for next week. Every time I come in here I have a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough great things about the team at Mitchem Dental! Everyone is so dedicated to quality care and you can tell they really enjoy working together as well! My teeth feel great and look better than they have in years. I had a lot of work to be done and they made it quick and easy! So pleased to have found this great resource!
I love Mitchem Dental! Every visit I'm greeted by Donna with her smile and go-getter personality. My hygienist, Kimberly, does an awesome job! Dr. Mitchem is kind, compassionate and a joy to be around. And to complete the package, Susan is there to end my visit with kindness and utmost professionalism. I live in Monticello, but don't mind the drive at all for the 5-Star service! Thank you Mitchem Dental! You guys ROCK!
Honestly Dr. Mitchem and his staff are the first dentist that I’ve had since my pediatric dentist that I trust 100% and am completely comfortable every visit. They are always friendly from the moment that you walk in to the moment you leave. 5 stars every time!
Of course I loved it, and so did my kids ranging from 5 to 13. If you need a dentist this is the place, not only is the Doc great but everyone working there is too.
