Went in yesterday for an oil change. I was surprised how fast our car was done! Great service and will go there again.
As always great people and great service. I will be back in 3000 miles.
We stopped for an oil change on our way through town and found Mitchell's to be efficient, polite, clean and reasonably priced. The kids were very happy to have wifi and coffee while we waited.
The BEST shop and the greatest people. I've been there for an oil change, state inspection and a screw in my new tire. I will continue to go to Mitchell's Mobil 1 for their outstanding customer service and wonderful employees.
This place is amazing! They didn't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman, honest, upfront with information even showed exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Talked to me about the different solutions and the prices before doing anything on my vehicle. Friendly people. . Loved the whole experience. Prices are very reasonable and fair.

They had great costumer service when they first opened. Now they are just another lube shop. They used to meet you before you got in the door, now you get to ring a bell for service
On our way from Springfield to Joplin, the low tire warning light came on. Once in Joplin we stopped at Mitchell's, knowing nothing about them. Thankfully we did! They were very helpful, took the vehicle in right away, discovered a puncture in the tire that could not be repaired, and put the spare on. We were very surprised when the manager told us there would be no charge; they were just happy to help us out. The facility was clean and interestingly decorated.
