The guys at Mitchell's did a great job replacing our old bedroom carpet with beautiful maple flooring. They did the work right on schedule and the floor looks flawless. Plus, they are very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend Mitchell's Floor Coverings.
Could not be more satisfied with the ease and professionalism shown by all of the Mitchell’s staff and installers. Cole and Mitch walked us through the unfamiliar process, and helped us find a product that was right for our home. The tear down (of four diverse floor coverings) and subsequent installation of the wood went seamlessly. Installers were on time, kept us in the loop with progress, and cleaned up beautifully. We look forward to the opportunity to use Mitchell’s for the upper level of our townhouse next year.
We had a bumpy start with 2 no show installers. Everyone at Mitchell's, especially Andrea & Emily, worked really hard to get us the best installer. Once Alex and his team showed up everything worked out. Thank you guys for going the extra distance.
