Talk about fantastic customer service. After a minor issue months prior, the managers and staff made sure my wife and I were well taken care of the next time we came in. They really appreciate their customers and know how to treat them. Food was excellent (as always) and our server, Robyn, was great. Took a chance and ordered a steak at a seafood restaurant. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. Try the crispy shrimp appetizer (better than Bone Fish or Fish Bones versions).
I go there frequently and it is difficult to get some one to serve me I was there tonight it wasn't busy and the waitress just walked past me no one stopped to take my drink order and I even told a waiter that I had been waiting a long time for waiter and no one seemed to care I have a landrys card and the restaurants food is good
Food was not as expected. Service was slow and lacking. I have been before and it was great but on 2-13-2016 it was awful. Cold food missing items over cook food.
I used to love this place but I am here right now and its been a very irrritating experience. I come here specifically for the charbroiled oyesters, apparently they no longer come served the same way so they were disgusting. I ordered the Seafood Americana as always only to notice there were no redskin potatoes and my food was ice cold. I love this restaurant! I go at least once every month for a womens luncheon/networking event. The food is always on point! Today I went on my own for lunch and Roy was a sweet heart, very nice and that sourdough bread was delicious! I had the clam chowder which was very good and the grilled tilapia with yummy veggies and one of the best mashed potatoes I've had in a while. The place is very nice and clean. And they have an awesome rewards card. I definitely recommend this place for all occasions.
We had dinner tonight and can't believe a Houston Corp owned restaurant serves Blue Bunny ice cream instead of BLUE BELL!! Huge wrong!! I ordered the salmon which was excellent, lots of potatoes. Limited dessert menu. Ordered the sorbet and I will not do that again! Service was adequate... it was a slow night.
Went there for my son's birthday celebration. Extremely disappointing. Made a reservation told them it was a special occasion, did not feel special. A I hear it s your birthday, nothing? Service was slow even though the place was empty. We never even got his favorite appetizer brought out. We had five meals and one was good. Not a great experience and we have noticed a decline across the board in the chain so I think we are done.
Food was excellent, service friendly and nice atmosphere!
