The food was really good. Service, not so great. It took 25 mins to get our drinks and 45 mins to get our food.
I get it, it's Mother's Day but the restaurant should be prepared for that. we waited 20 minutes past the reservation time and upon placing our order it took approximately one hour and 30 minutes to receive the food.unfortunately A couple people in our party got the wrong order and a couple people where unsatisfied with flavor of the food.
Had the Calamari and pan fried tilapia lunch plate with seafood gumbo yummy, and daughter had a deluxe bacon and cheese burger � plus we took home a fish sandwich for dad...all including tip was less than $75.00 (not bad at all) ;)
A great birthday dinner! Thank you to our server Gallina for making it such a memorable experience! Everything from the filet mignon to the grouper to the pasta to crab dip were cooked perfectly & delicious - even our martinis were exactly as we asked. We will be back
Worst dining experience I've had in years. 1 hour 20 minutes for soup and dry burnt lobster macoroni, that had to be sent back. 2 hours in were unhappy, told lies and manager kinda brushed with oh free desert. Didn't even want it. Will not go back. Used to be a Quality restraunt
The poor servers loosing tips because the kitchen and management have poor operating procedures. Cook staff is understaffed, sending out cold food to tables all around us and wait staff suffers because they are the ones that loose out on tips. Used to be my favorite place. Oh well. � # byeFelicia
Service was not good. Food was okay. But it 20 plus minutes to get a bottle of wine. (Was advised the manager was looking for it). Since we were waiting for the wine our order was not put in so food took too long also - then some was cold. Got my side of asspergus after I was done eating. Not the best experience.
