Dude is awesome! Erie roadside assistance sent them out. He was fast helpful and super friendly.
Craig, our toll guy was fantastic!! He responded to us in such a timely matter and he was so professional. He helped us and even went out of his way to make sure we got to where we needed to go to get our rental. I highly recommend Craig, he will keep you laughing and make your bad experience into a fun one.

Would give Zero stars if I could. Was quoted 1.5 hours to 2 hours for a tow. It took them over 4 hours to get my car. Had I not left it i would have frozen to death. On top of that, the driver stole things from my vehicle. Literally the worst tow service of all time! I've reported this to my insurance. I told them if they didn't drop this company from their roadside assistance, I would find another insurance agency. Stay away!!!!
I had to use them twice this weekend and both times they were quick, helpful and so nice.
