The worst. Waited two hours and they never showed. Called to ask for an eta and they hung up on me and cancelled. Use someone else. Lots of good businesses out there with drivers willing to work.

Kendrick was timely and kind about me getting lost trying to find him to help him park. Made a very stressful situation slightly less stressful knowing that it was handled quickly and efficiently

Was given a 1 hour ETA for roadside services and confirmed it with the company via phone call. First they claimed they were coming from McCandless, then 2 hours later claimed they were coming from 376 near the airport. 5 hours later they ignored every phone call from myself & the roadside rep, never showed up.

Called for a tow. Guy driving the tow truck said he couldn't get down my street because it was too tight. Called Ray Platts for a tow. The driver at Ray Platts backed right down my street with no problem. I do not recommend Mitchell's towing service.
