Mitchell and his staff are helpful, efficient and kind. I'm so glad I found a reliable mechanic that I know will do great work on my car and also take the time to inform me of everything that has been worked on or needs work without trying to up-sell me at all. My car has never ran better and it's all thanks to Mitchell and the guys.

Mitchell came highly recommended by my work colleagues. I had a reoccurring noise issue that couldn't be resolved by three different auto mechanics. I was at my wit's end. He took the time and patience to test drive my car with me and discuss various possibilities for the aggravating noise. I left my car with Mitchell. I've been to many repair shops over the last few months trying to resolve a noise concern with my Jeep Liberty. Finally I walked into Mitchell's shop and after talking to him and going on a test drive with him I was confident that he would be the one to fix my truck. I got a call from him just a few hours later telling me what was wrong. I gave him the ok to fix it. And sure enough the noise went away. Anyone who has ever owned a car knows how important it is to take care of it, so it takes care of you. Unfortunately sometimes we let things go for too long and wind up having more than one issue to deal with. That was my case, but I thank G-d for leading me to Mitchell's Auto Repair. Mitchell took the time to explain what was happening with my car and why with patience and genuine concern. Hello Everyone, I am writing in again to express my extreme appreciation for Mitchell's Auto Repair! On October 14th, I took the 1990 Toyota Camry for an oil change and to replace the broken front passenger side interior door handle. I arrived after 3:00 and Mr. Mitchell and his talented crew had me back on the road in about forty minutes. Also, he took it upon himself to add more washer fluid as he noticed it was running low. I brought in my 2002 Subaru Forester to Mitchell last week, on the recommendation of a friend. He was very honest, very friendly, identified and fixed the problem promptly and the cost was completely fair. I had expected this repair to be longer and more expensive - I VERY MUCH appreciate that Mitchell and his staff helped me out promptly, politely and respectfully!! Thanks to them I just drove that old Subaru across the country non-stop without a single hitch. These guys are the best and I recommend them highly!

I first heard word of Mitchell's shop not long after I bought a 40 year old Ford van. I was checking out a gas leak coming from the tank when a couple came up to me sharing their enthusiasm for old "boxes on wheels." They recommended Mitchell from their personal experience with him over the years. I called him up and he was kind enough to take the time to explain all the possible issues causing the leak, before even seeing the van. I've owed this guy a review for the longest time. Found hime when i google "best mechanics in brooklyn" Easily the best mechanic in Brooklyn and he never even touched my car. Here's what I mean, brought my car there to ask him a few questions, he offered to put it on the lift for free and tell me what needed to be replaced that he could see. Great Experience, thanks Mitchell!!! – I visited Mitchell's before a long road trip to have my car checked out. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Mitchell and his crew did great work and were honest, quick and friendly. I'm shocked that my first review in years is for an Auto Repair shop!
